University-Industry collaboration survey

The purpose of this survey is to learn about the facilitators and barriers in building an effective collaboration between the universities and the industry for the diffusion of innovation and the creation of products and services that are of value to the public. This project is led by George Nassis.

Your participation in this survey is voluntary. You may decide to withdraw at any stage while taking this survey.

The time required to complete this survey is 4-6 minutes. Your answers will remain confidential. All data will be stored electronically and will be protected with a password. Only the principal investigator will have access to the data. In this survey there is no information from which your identity can be identified. The data will be used for academic purposes only.
