Survey of Prenatal Providers on Paid Family Leave

How can we help your community increase awareness and access to Paid Family Leave?

Currently, only about half of Californians know about the CA Paid Family Leave Program, with much lower awareness in low income, Latino, and new immigrant communities. This means that many caregivers, new parents, and babies are not getting the health benefits of this bonding/caregiving leave. The CA Work & Family Coalition and Legal Aid at Work, in collaboration with the EDD, are working to make PFL more equitable and accessible.

We are working with Perinatal Services Coordinators and prenatal providers to increase awareness and access to Paid Family Leave, especially in underserved communities. We want to know what would be most helpful to your county's prenatal, pediatric, and other health providers and patients. This survey should take about 5 minutes to complete.
