WISD Community Survey - Fall Opening

As we plan for the 2020-21 school year, we would like to better understand your readiness and comfort level surrounding your child(ren)'s return to school. Please complete one survey for each child in your household. Please note that demographic questions about your child will remain confidential and the data collected in this survey will be used for planning purposes only. No family will be held accountable for any of the responses provided.
