Our current CSEA P-3B Contract with the State of Connecticut expires on June 30, 2016.
Your elected leadership is preparing for negotiations and we need your input. We need to know what issues are most important to you. Please fill out the attached survey no later than October 13, 2015.
What we will be able to win in these negotiations depends on your active involvement. We have formed our negotiating team and our team is only as strong as the membership behind it. We have made a demand to bargain and will soon commence negotiations with the state.
Please note that these negotiations will include all issues other than pension and healthcare, which by statute are bargained in coalition with all state employees. Our pension and healthcare agreement does not expire until 2022.*
