Dear Valued Member:

Thank you for taking part in this USMCA survey, which should take about 17 minutes to complete.

The USMCA began on July 1, 2020, and will expire after 16 years unless Canada, Mexico, and the U.S. agree to renew it. A Joint Review will be held on July 1, 2026, where each country must confirm whether to extend the agreement.

To prepare, the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) has requested public comments, with a submission deadline of November 1, 2025. We ask that you complete this survey by October 7, 2025.

Your input will help assess the plastics industry’s perspective on the agreement. All responses are confidential and will be used to support PLASTICS’ research and advocacy efforts.
