Waiver from age requirement and four-year limitation – new regulation states:

Students seeking a waiver from the four-year limitation for inter-school athletic competition must now demonstrate personal and social responsibility, sport specific skill development, knowledge of the games, and physical fitness. Such exemptions are the determination of the superintendent of schools.

Do you agree with this evaluation, which would replace the Tanner Scale Rating?
