An event run by Motueka Catchment Collective and Ministry for Primary Industries

When: Thursday 17 April, 9.30am - 3.30pm
Where: Moutere Hills Community Centre, 1539 Moutere Highway, Upper Moutere

This forum is open to all but is targeted at farmers and land managers wanting to know how to put more money in their back pockets while looking after their land for future generations.

The forum is structured around a number of topics and there will be a mix of presentations, stands, and Q&A sessions. Presenters are a mix of government organisations, businesses offering innovative solutions, and farmers who've implemented some of these solutions on their farms. Topics include:
  • Farm plans and integrated farm planning
  • Data management tools
  • Emissions Trading Scheme possibilities
  • Pest Management
  • Smart Energy solutions
There will be morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea breaks so attendees can walk around stands to hear more detailed information from stand holders about what they offer.... and of course food will be provided.

This event is free to attend, courtesy of the Motueka Catchment Collective and the Ministry of Primary Industries.
