We are looking to run some youth camps this summer and are trying to get an idea of the activities, time and dates that would meet the needs and interest of youth ages 13-18.

This is not a registration form; this is just helping us collect information. If you aren't sure of an answer that's ok, just answer to what you can and to the best of your ability!
