Dear Consultant colleague, 

We are very grateful for your participation in this anonymous short survey on real world screening and monitoring practices for biologic agents; it should only take a few minutes to complete.  

Routine screening and monitoring practices for biologic agents appear to vary across specialties and we want to characterise the real-world practices across consultant Dermatologists, Gastroenterologists and Rheumatologists.  We hope ultimately that the results will enable cross-specialty learning and improved patient care.
