In accordance with House Bill 1127, CRISP, the state-designated health information exchange for Maryland keeps a standing Consumer Advisory Council (CAC). The CAC is an important part of the CRISP governance structure, providing guidance and feedback on the health information exchange from the patient and consumer perspective. The Council meets quarterly to discuss these and other topics and provides feedback to leadership on current and future policies. All meetings are subject to the Maryland Open Meetings Act and will be public with materials made publicly available. More information about the CAC is available on our website.
