Sometimes, women need small changes (or accommodations) at work in order to maintain a healthy pregnancy or continue breastfeeding. These might include more frequent breaks, relief from heavy lifting, the ability to eat or drink on the job, or the ability to adjust schedules. 

Indiana Institute for Working Families would like to hear about your experience working while pregnant or lactating. This quick 10-question survey is designed to help us better understand what kinds of accommodations women in Indiana request and how their supervisors/managers respond.
