Thank you for agreeing to take this survey. At THRIVE SS, our mission is "to achieve health equity for Black same-gender-loving men through direct support advocacy and building collective community power".
This community needs assessment focuses on black same gender loving men in the the South, living with HIV. Your responses are important to us and will help us learn ways to better support our community in the South. There are approximately 50 questions total in the survey but you will not necessarily have to answer all of them depending on your responses to certain questions. It should take approximately 15 minutes to complete the survey. Please answer the questions completely and honestly because your feedback will help us design better programs for our community.
