Club Builder 2035 | Sporting Facilities Insights Survey

Welcome to the Club Builder Sporting Facilities Insights Survey.

The goal of this Survey is to give your Club Leaders a better understanding of how Members, Participants, and stakeholders feel about the Club’s facilities. Your participation in this Survey will allow your Club Leaders to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the Club’s facilities, helping to guide the Club and its future actions.

Most of the questions in this Questionnaire are numerical, so little writing is required. Please respond to all questions that are relevant to your Club's facilities according to your personal experiences within the Club.

Many Clubs have multiple facilities that are used by members. When considering your responses, you should do your best to consider the various facilities/sites that you use as a part of the Club if this applies to you. You will NOT answer questions for each Facility/Site that your Club uses, you will only answer questions about your overall experiences with your Club’s facilities.

Upon completion, your responses will be collected and grouped together anonymously with the responses of other respondents. After the Survey responses have been reviewed, a Facilities Insights Report will be drafted, highlighting the Club’s performance in areas such as Playing Facilities, Social Amenities, Toilets and Changing Amenities, and Accessibility and Security.
