- Clear information about the services available at each Osler site
- Easy access to our specialist physicians and how to reach them
- A streamlined referral process
- Timely and consistent responses to referrals
Your feedback is vital. We welcome your suggestions on how we can improve access to Osler services and enhance communication between our teams.
We are also exploring whether offering community providers access to our Health Information System (EPIC) could help improve care coordination.
