Mask Recommendation/Requirement Survey

* 2. Answer ONLY if you have a student at Agra Elementary Pk-6th Grades: Select your preference for mask requirement in the Traditional Setting.

I would like all staff and students to be required to wear a mask for the full 8 hours a day.

I would like all staff to be required to wear a mask for the full 8 hours a day AND students be required to wear a mask only when entering the building and while in the hallways (Students would not be required to wear masks in the classroom).

Staff and students are required to wear masks when social distancing is not feasible such as small group instruction.

Staff and students are NOT required to wear masks but may choose to do so.

I would like ALL staff and students to wear masks for the full 8 hours a day.

I would like all staff to be required to wear a mask for the full 8 hours a day AND students be required to wear a mask only when entering the builing and while in the hallways (Students would not be required to wear masks in the classroom).

Staff and students are required to wear masks when social distancing is not feasible such as small group instruction, passing periods, or socializing during lunch.

Staff and students are NOT required to wear masks but may choose to do so.
