To modernise & increase the size of the Quirindi Library Precinct to be utilised as a youth hub and a meeting area for the community.

Key Elements of the Project:
- Increase the size of the library
- Make precinct a multi-purpose modern digital meeting and study area for youth + students
- A wet area for painting & messy activities
- Pergola area to be utilised as an informal meeting place

Overall, the precinct aims to be a modern facility for
