Terrace Bay Housing Requirements Survey

The economy of Terrace Bay is experiencing a growth period which is expected to continue over the next decade. Major employers are projecting a significant number of retirements with some people moving away from the Terrace Bay region, but a high number intending to stay. Retaining these retirees, plus replacing them, means that our economy will grow.

This survey has been developed to assist the Municipality in its planning efforts to respond to this growth. It is intended to measure the demand for additional housing that we may be facing over the next 5-10 years. This survey will take just a few minutes to complete and is designed as a means for current residents in the Terrace Bay region to give their feedback.
