1.Patients travel from all over the world to see Quenby and our other practitioners, which of course is not always feasible. If you are not currently a Quenby's patient, or used to be but have moved out of town, would you like to be able to consult with Q and her team virtually for guidance before going in for treatment elsewhere?

Absolutely! It'd be great to have Quenby's input prior to going to see my current aesthetics and wellness provider.

Sure... Having more expert advice is always a good idea! But not sure I'd do it every time.

No way... Too many cooks in the kitchen, and I really trust my current provider's opinion.

2.Would having your skin care products and nutritional supplements shipped to your door help you stay more consistent with your regimen?

Yes! I would LOVE this option!

Maybe, but I don't mind going in to purchase these things.

Nope! I prefer to come in to shop for these items.

3.Many times patients are not sure if they need to go in for a follow up appointment after treatment. Would you like the option of doing virtual follow-ups with our team so we can assess via video chat and let you know if we think you should go back in to see your provider?

Yes! I would LOVE this option!

Maybe... If my schedule was really busy I might choose this option, but I prefer going back to my provider for all my follow up appointments.

Nope! In person appointments are really important to me.

4.Would you like to be able to reach a member of our care team via chat, text, or email to have your beauty and wellness questions answered quickly Monday-Friday?

Yes! I would definitely take advantage of this option!

Maybe... I don't tend to have a lot of questions pop up between visits

I doubt I would ever use this option.

5.Would you like to receive a monthly "Health & Beauty... Inside & Out" box delivered to your door? This box would include education about trending industry products and services, nutrition and wellness information, special offers, and different wellness and beauty products to try...

Absolutely! I love being up to speed on all the latest and greatest!

Yeah, I guess that would be nice, but I'm not too excited - I could take it or leave it.

No thanks! I don't spend much time thinking about this stuff outside of my office visits.

6.What about online education, like webniars? Would you join us for webinars on skin care, various popular/trending treatment options, nutrition, or general health and wellness?

Yes! The more info the better!
