The Village of Queen Charlotte is conducting this Resident Satisfaction Survey to compare against our baseline which was established in 2016. The Village will use this information to assist with evaluating core operations, programs and services, and to seek input from the community on areas for improvement. The results of the survey will also be used to inform Council's strategic planning in 2019.
