Agroforestry Survey

You are being asked to participate in a survey research project about perceptions and barriers to agroforestry practices. This project is conducted by Ivy Wappler, a graduate student at the University of Hawaii, and overseen by Dr. Noa Lincoln, a faculty member at the University of Hawaii.

This survey is estimated to take less than 15 minutes to complete. It is completely anonymous and your participation is voluntary. No one, including the researchers, will be able to associate your responses with your identity. You may choose not to take the survey, to stop responding at any time, or to skip any questions that you do not want to answer. Your completion of the survey serves as your voluntary agreement to allow the anonymous data gathered to be used in this study and in future research.
