1. TPAC Bicycle Master Plan Survey

The City of Concord has a Transportation Policy Advisory Committee (TPAC) charged with improving transportation in the city. There is a bicycling subcommittee for TPAC called TPAC-Bike. The subcommittee is working with the Central New Hampshire Regional Planning Commission (CNHRPC) to develop a Bicycle Master Plan for the city with the goal of it being approved by the city Planning Board and City Council. Your comments are essential to helping make Concord a and place that is more bicycle friendly and safe.
