This public engagement form will be the Flood Control District of Maricopa County's first step of collecting contact information and flooding experiences. By filling in the "Contact Information " fields below, you will be added to our email list and will receive  updates on the study plan progresses. 

We highly encourage you to still submit your contact information, regardless of having any flooding pictures or stories.
