2017 Nursing Learning Needs Assessment

The Nursing Learning Needs Assessment is used by the Center for Education & Organizational Development (CEOD) and specific nursing units/departments to determine knowledge gaps and learning needs.  The information gathered in the anonymous survey will be used to develop house-wide and unit/department educational and developmental plans and classes for staff.
 
 
Answer the following questions to the best of your ability.   You must answer every question.  Please be as specific as possible in your answers where applicable.

3.What is your experience level in your field of practice?  Pick only one based on  your current position or area of practice.  (Example:  I am currently a Children's Hospital staff nurse.  I have 20 years of experience in the OR and 1 year of experience with Pediatrics, then I should choose 1-5 years of experience for this question.)(Required.)
