Dear Parents,

We are creating a parent outreach program to connect potential new families and newly enrolled families with members of our community.

Please indicate your preferred level of involvement in the parent outreach program by answering the questions below. The amount of times we may reach out to you will depend on the circumstances of the families that are looking to join our community; it could be as little as one per school year or several times per semester. You are always free to change your level of involvement at a later date.
