Food Truck Trial Feedback

Introduction

The City of Wanneroo is seeking community feedback in relation to the Food Truck Trial initiative that commenced in January 2017 and will close in June 2017. The groups of Food Trucks will no longer be at the Trial locations after June 30. The Food Truck Trial initiative involved coordination of several food trucks based at one of several locations across the City to sell diverse types of food.

The City aimed to permit outdoor food trucks to improve the quality of the City’s public areas balancing both needs of consumers and local businesses.

The objectives of this community Survey are to:

Ascertain whether there is support (or not) for ongoing food trucks operating in small groups at certain locations within the City of Wanneroo,
Seek feedback from people who accessed the Food Trucks during the trials,
Attain feedback to present to Council to inform any possible future food truck operations in the City.

The responses to this Survey will be used to inform the further development of the City’s Food Truck Initiative.
