18.
How much do you pay in condo fees each month?
If you pay separate condo fees on your parking/locker unit(s) and are able to separate which fees are paid for what, please only give us the fees associated with your 'residential' unit.
(To help us, please use this format $545. No need to put the cents)
19.
Please provide your condo fees per square feet. Take the total
monthly
fee you pay for your unit and divide it by the square footage of your unit. For instance, if you pay $500 per month and your unit is 1,000 Sq feet, do $500/1,000 Sq F. = $0.50
If you have separately deeded parking/locker units and are able to exclude the fees associated with them, please do so. If not, put the total amount.
(To facilitate our job, please try to keep this format in your response $0.50)
20.
For this question, you may need to have your annual budget in hand. If you are able, please confirm which percentage of your condo fees goes to the
Reserve Fund
appropriation. The easier way to calculate this is to take your total yearly RF appropriation, multiply it by 100 and then divide it by the total amount of common expenses collected. For instance, if you contribute $150,000 this year to your reserve fund and that you total collected common expenses (total owner's contribution) is $650,000 you would do: $150,000 x 100 / $650,000 = 23.07 %. (To facilitate our job, please try to keep this format in your response 23.07%).
21.
What is approximately the current balance of your reserve fund? (This information will
not
be publicized or shared other than in aggregate form or to determine averages).
