During the program, participants will learn in a very experiential manner some of the key mindsets, skills and knowledge needed in making the transition from being an individual contributor to a manager. In particular, participants will work on how they lead themselves, how they lead others and how they lead the business. You can expect to take away concrete tools and techniques that you can apply back at work.
