Ohio is developing a comprehensive strategic plan to improve treatment for transitional-aged youth (ages 16-25) with substance use disorders (SUD) or co-occurring substance use and mental disorders.  The intent of the plan is to better assure that youth have access to evidence-based assessments, treatment models and recovery services.   To aid in the development of the plan, it is important to hear from youth/young adults who have lived experience.  Your time in completing this short survey would be greatly appreciated. It should only take 5 to 10 minutes and will help us plan for the future.
