The mission of the FMMP is to provide mentorship, personal and professional development, and fellowship to female and male Commissioned Officers, Warrant Officers, NCOs, Junior Enlisted, Cadets, DA Civilians, and Government Contractors, with a focus on strengthening our military and civilian women through virtual and in-person coaching, mentoring, and networking sessions and engagements.
