In 2016, a variety of NWSRA Staff, Board Members and general stakeholders worked collaboratively to develop a five-year plan for the Association. This plan set the Mission, Vision, Core Values and Pillars of the Association and from there, Focuses and Goals were developed. Annually, staff will determine Action Items to meet each identified Goal. The commitment to long-range planning is a priority of the NWSRA Board and Administrative team, as it enables stakeholders to share a common vision while implementing necessary change.  In its 3rd year of the Strategic Plan, NWSRA wishes to gain your perceptions on progress related to the Pillars, Focuses and Goals set forth by the plan.
