About the program

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CommBank) continues to provide a unique opportunity to the financial wellbeing sector through its partnership with ICAN Learn.

The first offering for this program provides opportunities for Indigenous Australians and people from Multi Cultural backgrounds to undertake Certificate IV Community Services CHC42015 [with skillset in Financial Literacy Education [CHCSS00077].

This is a fantastic entry level qualification that facilitates ability to gain employment in a variety of fields including financial capability worker roles and an array of community services roles. 

This course is also suitable for individuals who work in a financial well-being, community support or related role who may be wanting to gain a qualification to increase his/ her ability to work with vulnerable clients.

Every course is delivered using a live online real time weekly delivery method that fits well with any community services employment model along with personal and academic mentorship in a supported learning environment connecting participant to the financial wellbeing and community services industry. 

About the Scholarships
  • The scholarship is not bound by age limits and is reserved for people who are wanting to gain a first qualification or may have an unrelated qualification at the same level. 
  • The scholarship funds cover the full cost of course fees for Certificate IV Community Services [including the skill set in financial literacy education].
