The mentor registration deadline is March 23rd 2022.

The University of Toronto’s Indigenous Mentoring Day (IMD) is an experiential learning opportunity that provides mentees with unique career insights about working at U of T and its Indigenous community, and mentors with an opportunity to increase their cultural awareness and connect with valuable talent pools.

As a mentor you will be matched with a mentee prior to the date of the event. The morning of the IMD you will be expected to provide insight, feedback, and guidance around your mentee's career goals in whatever format you see fit. This can include discussions and activities such as job shadowing, etc.
