- Business is located in the Main Street/Downtown District
- Has been in business for at least 1 year
- Shows outstanding involvement within the community/Main Street Gray

- Consistently demonstrated excellence in professional and community leadership
- Has made or is making significant contributions to the welfare through involvement and participation
- Give freely their time and energy for community betterment, contributing to positive economic growth and stability in the area
