TO SUBMIT A NOMINATION
On the following pages, you will be asked to submit contact information for your nominee and yourself, along with answers to 4
questions. We estimate it should take 10-20 minutes to complete the nomination form. If you prefer to prepare your answers prior to beginning your nomination submission, here are the questions we will ask about your nominee.
  1. How do you know of the nominee and their accomplishments?
  2. How has this nominee demonstrated leadership regarding gender equity issues in the workplace and/or their community? (200-500 word response recommended)
  3. If known, please list awards or honors previously won by nominee.
  4. What else would be helpful for the Award Committee to know about the nominee?
When you are ready to submit your nomination, please hit NEXT. You are welcome to submit multiple nominations, but please fill out a new form for each individual nomination.

***Multiple nominations for one individual are not necessary. Finalist are not chosen due to the volume of nominations received. Focus on writing a compelling story of why your nominee deserves to be a finalist and win a WIBLI Award.***
