MasterClass 2 – Communicating when the Stakes are High (2:00 – 2:50 pm NSW Time)

Join this session and learn some key tools that will immediately improve your communication – especially when the stakes are high. Darrin from Cotton Australia has well regarded experience in helping people, just like you to show up and engage people fully when you speak. It’s time to make your talk time count – especially when telling the cotton story.

Masterclass 3 – Wellbeing – Managing Your Stress and Wellbeing – Especially at Busy Times (3 pm – 3:50 pm NSW Time)

We all need this! This session will help you navigate the space between a rock and a hard place. You will learn directly from Steph at ACT for AG about how to use a simple noticing map to Zoom out, choose actions and move towards what matters most – especially when under pressure. You’ll receive a printed Handbook and be encouraged to continue practising psychological flexibility long after this session finishes.
