1.If you or someone in your household has been affected by slow or unreliable internet, how did it affect your everyday life?
(Select all that apply)

Connectivity affects everyday life: When internet access is unreliable or unaffordable, it can impact work, school, health, and economic opportunity. Cities across the country have seen that expanding reliable broadband access drives down prices and expands service to underserved areas.[2]
(Required.)
2.How would you describe your internet access?(Required.)
3.If you have home internet, how would you describe your current home internet connection?

What makes fiber different? Fiber optic internet transmits data as pulses of light through glass strands, delivering equally fast upload and download speeds. Unlike cable or DSL, fiber performance doesn't degrade during peak hours or when neighbors are online at the same time. As of 2024, fiber passes 56.5% of U.S. households.[1]
(Required.)
4.If you own your home, were you aware that access to fiber internet can increase property values in a neighborhood?

Fiber and your home's value: A study of 4,000 consumers found that fiber access can increase a home's value by up to 4.9%, more than $14,700 on a $300,000 home.[3]
(Required.)
5.Which benefits of expanded fiber internet matter most to you?
(Select all that apply)

Beyond your home: Reliable, high-speed internet boosts economic growth, attracting employers, enabling remote work, lowering costs through competition, and supporting infrastructure that improves public services. When more providers offer fiber, residents benefit from better service at more competitive prices.[5]
(Required.)
6.Which of the following online resources and skills would you benefit from?
(Select all that apply)
(Required.)
7.Do you have a choice among internet service providers in your area, making it possible to choose the one that’s best for you?(Required.)
8.How important is it to you that multiple internet providers compete for your business in Albuquerque?
On a scale of 1–5, select a number.

Why competition matters for your bill: Research shows that markets with multiple fiber providers see average monthly bills drop by 20–40%, along with faster speeds and better customer service. Installing fiber internet in Albuquerque brings new providers to the market, giving residents real choices and decreasing internet prices for everyone, even customers who don't switch to fiber.[2]
