Local Employer Survey: Hiring Needs and Opportunities

To better understand the hiring needs in our community, West Marin Fund—working in partnership with the County of Marin and the Workforce Alliance of the North Bay (WANB)—kindly requests your input. Your responses will help identify opportunities for WANB to train local job seekers and follow up with potential employers.

While you’re welcome to include any current or upcoming job openings, we especially encourage you to highlight hands-on roles that individuals could be trained for within a year. These opportunities are particularly relevant for displaced agricultural workers seeking new employment pathways.

The survey takes just a few minutes to complete and will help connect local residents—including those affected by ranch closures—with meaningful job opportunities. Any information you provide will be shared with job seekers only with your permission.
