Notification of Nominations
In accordance with Article 20 of the AFL Goulburn Murray Ltd. Constitution, members are hereby advised of the following in relation to nominations:
a) Nominations for Commissioners must be received at least 28 days prior to the Annual General Meeting, being no later than 12 noon Monday, April 21, 2025.
Nomination of Candidates
Nominations for Elected Commissioners must be:
a) In writing on the prescribed form provided for that purpose (Refer to attached Nomination Form); and
b) Certified by the nominee expressing her or his willingness to accept the position for which she or he is nominated. (Refer to attached Consent Form)
If nominating a candidate, you are requested to provide details of the candidate’s qualifications and experiences along with any other information that will assist members in deciding who should be elected as an AFL Goulburn Murray Commissioner. The information provided will be circulated to all members in accordance with Article 12.1 (c), 14 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
