SFHA is collecting sector information to support our joint work in seeking an exemption for MMR from the Housing Bill's long-term PRS rent controls. The information collected will be used to inform briefing resources for MSPs and other Parliamentary influencing work as we seek an amendment for exemption on the face of the Bill. Your responses will help quantify the tenure and demonstrate the value and significance of MMR homes in the sector.

Please complete the survey below by 30 April 2024. Your responses are confidential and will only shared anonymously and without identifying information.

The survey should take approx 5 mins or less. Questions 3-8 are optional, but we appreciate all details you can provide.
