ISA HP Review |
Introduction
The ISA Board are undertaking a post Rio review to look at how Ireland's High Performance sailing programme and the core of the sport can best work together to develop and foster talent.
This terms of reference for the review are as follows:
a. Review the suitability of the existing ISA Development Academy and ISA Youth Academy structures as a means to introduce, develop, transition and retain emerging talent.
b. Recommend how the HP and Core resources best work together to foster and develop talent.
c. Consider how HP success, and the investment therein can be used to strengthen the sport overall.

Over the next few months we will conduct a series of short surveys with key Stakeholders. This input is a key part of the review and your views will help shape the recommendations the review group makes to the Board.
