What is this survey about?
CYDA is working on a project in South Australia to help identify necessary change to make schools more inclusive for students with disability.
This survey will help us understand how well students with disability are included and supported in South Australian schools, and what they need to learn and feel part of school life.
There are different surveys for families and students to fill out:

How long will the survey take?This survey will take 15-20 minutes to complete. You can skip some questions. Other questions with an asterisk (*) require a response. You can save the survey and come back to it. You need to use the same device for this to work.
If after completing the questions you feel upset or would like to talk to someone, please contact the support services listed at the end of this survey.
What does CYDA do with this information?The information we collect is very important for our advocacy work. We will use the information to advocate to government and education sector about the needs of school students with disability.
