Pennsylvania seeks stakeholder input to inform planning for the state’s American Rescue Plan Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ARP ESSER) application for the U.S. Department of Education.

After the first two questions about the perspectives you bring, all questions are optional. While this questionnaire is anonymous, you will have the option to share your name and contact information at the end. We appreciate your valuable perspective and expertise, along with input from discussions with colleagues and students. 

Please respond by Thursday, June 17, 2021. Although the survey will not close, submitting your responses by June 17 will help ensure they are considered in planning. Thank you in advance for your input.
