Homes England, Taylor Wimpey and the wider project team are working on the first Reserved Matters applications for the Site and are seeking feedback from local residents to help shape the plans before they are submitted to South Ribble Borough Council for determination.
These first phase Reserved Matters applications will seek planning approval for details of appearance, landscaping, layout and scale (the reserved matters) for key infrastructure on both Application A and Application B. As there are two outline planning applications that cover the Site, two separate Reserved Matters applications are to be submitted.
The focus for both applications is on the groundwork needed to support future development, such as roads, sustainable travel routes and other infrastructure before bringing plans forward for the new homes, shops or community facilities in later Reserved Matters applications.
Thank you for taking the time to fill in this form. Your views are valued, and we would be grateful to know what you think of our draft proposals.
