Dear colleagues

I, Dr Andreas Chrysostomou, the head of the Endoscopy and Uro-gynecology Unit at the Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital (CMJAH) in South Africa, invite you to participate in the following survey: Hysterectomy – A Survey on Preferences and Barriers Amongst Practising Gynaecologists. In order to improve our understanding of why the rates of vaginal hysterectomies are still low, I have opted to obtain data from practising gynaecologists regarding their preferred methods and opinions.
The results of this survey will be used for degree purposes. The survey has been approved of by the Wits HREC. For queries, please contact the HREC administrative office: 011- 7171252. Please note that no identifying information will be asked of you; thus this survey is completely anonymous. Furthermore, individual responses will not be publicly available. Your esteemed opinion it is very important, as you are the best representations of our profession. Completion of this survey should take approximately ten minutes. Thank you for your time and interest. Should you have any inquiries, please feel free to contact me at andreas.chrysostomou@wits.ac.za
