Workforce Housing

I support workforce housing, with smaller lots and higher density in my community.

I support fewer requirements by local governments as it relates to design, architecture, and lot size, in community.

I support increased funding through TIF and TID districts (low-interest loans) to help developers with infrastructure projects, in my community.

Additional workforce housing is unnecessary in my community and will adequately address the housing shortage.

Government subsidized housing (rent assistance) is a more effective tool for reducing housing costs.

There is no need for additional workforce housing in my community. We should let the free-market dictate rents, prices, and valuations
