This survey is from the Montgomery County Government Office of Legislative Oversight (OLO), which provides research to support the County Council. The Council wants to hear from local businesses about their experiences contracting with the County Government. We are especially interested in how small, minority-owned, women-owned, and disabled-owned businesses learn about contract opportunities, and how the County communicates with businesses before, during, and after bids or proposals are submitted.

The survey should take about 10-12 minutes to complete. Your responses are completely anonymous – we do not collect names, email addresses, or any identifying information.
