This Mississippi Arts Commission will host this professional development session on Friday, March 17 from 12:00-1:00 PM via Zoom.

This session will be led by Hannah Cole, Hannah Cole is a working artist and tax expert who specializes in working with creative businesses and artists. She is the founder of Sunlight Tax and also hosts the Sunlight podcast. In this workshop, she will explain how freelance taxes work, how to pay estimated quarterly taxes, the Schedule C, and audit issues specifically relevant to creatives.

The purpose of this survey is to gather a baseline for participants. Be mindful that all information collected will be used by the workshop presenter to shape a program that best suits your needs.
