· The risks or discomforts from this research include mental distress from speaking of experiencing struggles as a new teacher.
· The direct benefits of your participation are continued improvement of CTE Direct from Industry teacher induction.

· You are eligible to participate in this study because you are a CTE Direct from Industry teacher in the United States and territories.
· You will be in this research study for approximately 5 minutes
· About 2,500 individuals will participate in this study.
Why is this research being done?Purpose of Study: The purpose of this study is to identify teacher induction practices that are impactful in a way that is predictive of a reduction in CTE Direct from Industry teacher in the United States and territories. individually or collectively.
Research Participation.You will be asked to participate in the following procedures:I understand I am being asked to participate in this study by completing an online survey. The survey is expected to take approximately 5 minutes to complete. You may choose to answer as many questions as you decide.
Are there any risks, stress or discomforts that I will experience as a result of being a participant in this study?Taking part in this research involves certain risks: This could include mental distress and loss of anonymity based on the uniqueness of individual respondents.
Will being a participant in this study benefit me in any way?We cannot promise any benefits to you or others from your participation in this research. However, possible benefits may include improved systems of induction support for CTE Direct from Industry teacher in the United States and territories..
You will receive no compensation, nominal or otherwise, for your participation in this research.
