Peer Support - Scoping Survey

Need support? Suicide prevention resources can be found here.
Purpose

Peer support is when people who have lived experience of similar challenges support one another through shared understanding, empathy and mutual learning. This can take many forms, such as one-to-one conversations, group spaces, online communities, or activity-based support.

At Grassroots Suicide Prevention, we are exploring how peer support might become part of our future work. In particular, we want to understand what kinds of peer support people have found helpful, what has worked well, and what could be improved.

Your responses will help us understand people’s experiences and shape how peer support might develop within our community.

The survey

The survey takes around 5-10 minutes to complete, depending on which questions are relevant to you.

We do not ask for any identifying information in this survey. At the end, you’ll have the option to receive updates about the project or hear about opportunities to get involved. If you choose to do so, you’ll be taken to a separate form where you can provide your email address. This is entirely optional and helps ensure your survey responses remain anonymous

All questions are optional, except for a small number designed to guide you to the most relevant sections.
