Competition Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)
Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Ecoluxe Auto-Shine Maitland (“the Promoter”).
Entry Limit
A maximum of one (1) entry per Protect Plus+ or soft-touch carwash Ecoluxe carwash receipt, subscription plan screenshot or photo carwashing in self-serve onsite is permitted at any one time.
Promotion Period
The promotion will run from [12 March 2026] to [31 May 2026].
The Promoter reserves the right to extend or modify the promotion period if required.
Stage 1 – Customer Name Submission Phase

Voting Process
Following the submission phase, shortlisted names will be presented to the public for voting via platforms determined by the Promoter (e.g. social media, website or other channels).
Voting may require participants to follow instructions outlined by the Promoter at the time of voting.
Determination of Winner
The winning name will be determined based on public voting results combined with the Promoter’s final review, ensuring the selected name is suitable for branding and marketing purposes. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Grand Prize
The winning person will receive a Grand Prize of six (6) months of free automatic carwashing from Ecoluxe Auto-Shine Maitland Pty Ltd under an Ecoluxe Protect Plus+ Touchfree Plan, limited to one (1) wash per fortnight during the six-month prize period.
Bonus Additional Prizes
Ecoluxe Auto-Shine Maitland may, at its discretion, include bonus additional prizes supplied by partner businesses as part of this promotion. Details of any bonus additional prizes will be announced during the promotion period. Ecoluxe Auto-Shine Maitland reserves the right to add, amend, substitute or withdraw any bonus additional prizes at any time prior to the winner announcement.
Optional Upgrade
The winner may elect to upgrade their prize to a Soft-Touch wash plan.
If this option is selected, the price difference between the Protect Plus+ Touchfree Plan and the chosen Soft-Touch plan must be paid in full to Ecoluxe Auto-Shine Maitland before the upgrade takes effect.
Non-Transferable
The prize is not transferable to another person, membership, or vehicle.
No Cash Alternative
The prize cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash, or substituted for any other product, service, or credit.
Intellectual Property & Name Usage Rights
By submitting an entry, the entrant irrevocably assigns to Ecoluxe Auto-Shine Maitland all right, title and interest in the submitted name, including any associated intellectual property rights. Entrants acknowledge and agree that Ecoluxe Auto-Shine Maitland may use, modify, adapt, reproduce, publish, display, distribute and commercialise the submitted name in any media, including but not limited to signage, marketing, merchandise, digital platforms and promotional materials, in perpetuity and without further compensation, approval or attribution to the entrant. Entrants warrant that the submitted name is original, does not infringe the rights of any third party, and that they have full authority to grant these rights.
